We Put “Natural” in Our Name
When we opened in 1978, “natural” wasn’t a marketing word. It was a promise about every ingredient on every pizza. We’ve kept that promise for nearly 50 years.
We’ve kept the same promise
since the day we opened.
When Edwardo’s opened in 1978, we made a bet that most weren’t willing to make: we would not cut corners on ingredients. Ever. Aged mozzarella, never a processed substitute. Real spinach, not canned. Homemade sauce built from scratch every day. The name “Natural” was a commitment before it was a brand.
Nearly fifty years later, the pizza tastes the same, because it’s made the same way.

What's the difference between stuffed pizza and deep-dish?
Chicago stuffed pizza has a second top crust that deep-dish does not. The build: bottom crust, cheese and toppings, thin top crust, tomato sauce on top. The double crust is what makes it “stuffed.” Edwardo’s has specialized in this style since 1978. Read the full comparison.
What is Edwardo's signature pizza?
The Fresh Spinach Stuffed Pizza: aged mozzarella and real spinach inside a flaky double crust, topped with homemade tomato sauce. It has been the signature Edwardo’s pizza since 1978. See the stuffed pizza menu.
What makes Edwardo's ingredients 'natural'?
Aged Wisconsin mozzarella, vine-ripened California tomatoes in every batch of homemade sauce, and never-bleached flour in every crust. That commitment to quality ingredients has been the standard since 1978.

Yes, two ways. Our frozen thin-crust grocery pizzas bake directly from frozen at 425°F for 12–15 minutes (full baking directions). Or order any restaurant pizza as take-and-bake: order one day ahead, tell us you’ll “pick up frozen tomorrow,” and bake from frozen at 350°F, about 30 minutes for stuffed or 20 for thin crust (details).
